what if you are in India or similar country where events will take place at 1a.m. or so in morning? can you submit your entries early then?

In live events it may create some problem especially for >18

    Submissions will be open from 01/22/2021 5:00 PM (EST) until 01/24/2021 12:00 PM (EST). You may submit entires anytime before the deadline.
